Well with 2.0 released, i've decided to now to bi-weekly updates, and updates when I find bugs, I will post a link in 2 weeks.
The major feature I will be working on for this will be transparencey and the BG editor.
I'm hoping to allow you to import bitmaps for your BG's.

Awesome work! Major props!
My understanding is this only takes Europeans (U) roms? I'm having the worst time hunting one down. Think you can point me in the right direction?
